Principal - Mrs. Carol Boyer is the principal of Saint Ambrose School. She graduated from the University of Delaware and has been teaching since, becoming our principal in 2015. Her favorite part of Saint Ambrose is the students and teachers. She enjoys seeing the students happy and excited about their school day every morning. She also loves seeing the joy and excitement of the teachers as they work with the students.

Director of Religious Education - Mrs. Mary Ellen Johns is our Director of Religious Education. She is a graduate of St. Vincent College with a degree in Religious Education and also has a M.A. in Theology from the Saint Charles Borromeo Graduate School of Theology. Her favorite part of the school is being able to praise God through singing, praying, serving, and learning!

Advancement Director - Miss Meagan Sherry is our school's Advancement Director. She is also the Third Grade teacher and Seventh Grade Religion teacher. She is a 2015 graduate of West Chester University. Miss Sherry's favorite part of Saint Ambrose School is the rich history and continued community involvement. Miss Sherry still cannot believe Saint Ambrose School has been around for over 100 years!

Pre-School- Mrs. Patricia Benkert is our Preschool teacher and has been teaching for many years. She is a graduate of Ursinus College. Mrs. Benkert says her her favorite part of Saint Ambrose is that we are a family. She also likes that the preschoolers get to participate in fun activities with the older students.

Kindergarten - Mrs. Louise Kadingo is our Kindergarten teacher.She is a 1979 graduate of Marywood University. Along with teaching Kindergarten she also teaches First Grade Religion classes. Mrs. Kadingo's favorite part of Saint Ambrose is our faith-filled, family atmosphere!

Grade One - Mrs. Amanda Roach is our First Grade teacher. She also teaches Kindergarten skill classes. She is a 2013 graduate of Penn State Berks. Her favorite parts of Saint Ambrose are the family atmosphere between faculty members, the small class sizes allowing her to have more one-on-one time with students, the faith-filled atmosphere, and getting to work with the kids and seeing them grow!

Grade Two - Mrs. Alison Kraft is our Second Grade teacher. She also teaches Sixth Grade Religion classes. Mrs. Kraft is a 1993 graduate of the University of Delaware and a 2000 graduate of Western Maryland College (now known as McDaniel College). Mrs. Kraft not only has her Bachelor's of Science in Education but also her Master's in Curriculum and Instruction. Mrs. Kraft says she loves everything about Saint Ambrose School. She says the students are outstanding. They care about their faith and each other. They work hard and want to do their best. She also says the teachers are awesome. They put their students first and work very hard to give them the very best education. She also loves that the students get all kinds of enriching experiences as well such as Student Council, guest speakers, and field trips!

Her favorite parts of Saint Ambrose are the family atmosphere and faith-filled classrooms. She says that the teachers will remember students years after leaving the classroom and the school is safe, loving, and inviting that welcomes all who enter!

She has earned her Associate's degree from Lehigh Carbon Community College, her Bachelor's degree from Kutztown University, and her Master's degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Her favorite part of the school is her students!

Grade Six - Miss Alyssa Kominskyis our Sixth Grade homeroom teacher, Upper Grades English teacher, and Second Grade English teacher. She is a 2013 graduate of West Chester University and is currently a student at Southern New Hampshire University. Her favorite part of teaching at Saint Ambrose is the friendly atmosphere. She says everyone seems genuinely happy to be teaching and learning here.

Grade Eight - Mr. RC Storch is our Eighth Grade homeroom teacher and Upper Grades Social Studies teacher. He earned his Bachelor's of Arts in Theater at Temple University and his Master's of Elementary Education at Saint John's University. Mr. Storch loves the close knit community of students who are supportive of one another here at Saint Ambrose School.

Physical Education Teacher - Mrs. Amy Allar Farr is our Physical Education teacher. She says that God and the Catholic faith are an integral part of the school. She loves seeing the joy of the students in gym class and the effort they give during exercise to stay healthy!
